Subscription Plan Policy
At LR Roofing, we offer subscription plans to provide ongoing services at a fixed rate. This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing our subscription plans, including billing, cancellations, and service modifications.
1. Subscription Options
We offer a variety of subscription plans tailored to meet the needs of our customers. These may include:
One Time Plans - One time payment.
- Monthly Plans: Recurring payment every month.
- Quarterly Plans: Recurring payment every 3 months.
- Annual Plans: Recurring payment every 12 months, often with discounted rates.
The specific services included in each subscription plan will be outlined during the sign-up process.
2. Billing and Payment
When you subscribe to one of our plans:
- Payments are billed automatically at the start of each subscription period (monthly, quarterly, or annually), using the payment method you provide at sign-up.
- You will receive an invoice or receipt for each billing cycle via email.
- Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards
You must ensure that your payment information is accurate and up to date. Failure to process payment may result in a suspension or cancellation of your subscription.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- Monthly plans: Cancellation must be made at least 30 days before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.
- Quarterly and annual plans: Cancellations can be made at any time, but refunds or prorated charges will not be provided for the remainder of the billing period unless required by law.

4. Refunds
Refunds for subscription plans are generally not provided. Exceptions may include:
- Billing errors or unauthorized charges.
- Situations where we fail to provide the agreed-upon services.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
5. Modifications to Subscription Plans
We may modify the terms of subscription plans, including pricing or services provided. Any changes will be communicated to you at least [30] days in advance. If you do not agree with the changes, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.
6. Service Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription if:
- Payments are not received on time.
- There is a violation of our terms and conditions or misuse of the services provided.
- Our services are discontinued or materially altered.
In the case of termination by us, you will be notified and may be entitled to a prorated refund for the remainder of your subscription period.
7. Renewals.
Unless cancelled, subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annually) at the current rate. You will receive notification before your renewal date, especially for annual plans.
8. Subscription Areas.
We only offer the following areas the subscription payment plans; DE13, DE14, DE15, DE11, and DE12. Any payment plans processed outside these areas will follow the refunds policy.
